There are few things more annoying than listening to parents complain about schools teaching their children about sex, Roland Martin says.
  • I know parents who think their children want birth control pills for acne. The average girl starts her sex life in Canada at 14 and the average parent starts to talk to them at at twenty. Abstinence is a statistical anomaly , so for parents to think it is a viable alternative indicates why sex ed is appropriate it schools.
