Canada’s homicide rate falls to its lowest level in 44 years


Read Stephen Pinker`s new book on how the world is at it lowest level of violence. Billions of dollars worth of jails are the last thing that most countries need. The highest level of violence is still in the U.S States that have capital punishment. The rest of the non violent world has no capital punishment.
